Job summary

A company in the engineering sector located in Selangor, Malaysia is searching for a documentation-focused role. Job description

Review, verify, and validate Cleanroom test reports prepared by technicians/engineers by checking raw data, calculations, and compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

Coordinate site testing jobs by handling incoming calls and messages, scheduling works, and liaising with internal teams and clients.

Maintain and control all testing instruments and equipment records, including calibration certificates, validity tracking, and arranging calibration prior to expiry.

Attend weekly meeting, prepare accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.

Support day-to-day technical and administrative documentation, including preparation of records and evidence for internal and external audits (e.g. annual audits).

Ensure documentation control, filing, and traceability are maintained in accordance with company procedures and quality system requirements.

Requirements / Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or related technical field (preferred).
  • Able to interpret technical test data, reports, and calibration certificates accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to detect inconsistencies or errors in data and documentation.
  • Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with report formatting and document control.
  • AutoCAD proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with site teams, clients, and vendors.

This role is documentation- and coordination-focused; not a site testing position.

Prior experience in testing, calibration, QA/QC, or audit support is an advantage.
