Dong Foong Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a contract manufacturer of herbal products, health food supplements and functional foods based in Kajang/Semenyih Selangor.

Since 2005, Dong Foong Manufacturing factories have been built on a strong foundation based on the highest of quality standards and comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles, JAKIM Halal and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards.

We are looking for a motivated QAQC Executive to drive growth in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for healthcare client engagement. You will work closely with senior business development managers to identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Salary range is negotiable depending on your experience.

Job Summary

The QAQC Executive is responsible for implementing and monitoring the quality assurance system to ensure that all products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves handling documentation, audits, inspections, and cross-department coordination to uphold product quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
Quality System Management
  • Monitor and implement the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal and other applicable standards.
  • Maintain QA-related SOPs, forms, and documentation.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Review and verify batch production records (BPR) and batch packaging records (BPR).
  • Manage document control, including product specifications, change control, and deviation reports.
  • Support in internal and external audits (e.g., by MOH, NPRA, customer audits).
Production & Quality Monitoring
  • Conduct line clearance checks, in-process checks, and finished goods inspections.
  • Investigate and document non-conformances, product complaints, and CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action).
  • Verify sanitation and environmental hygiene in the production areas.
Training & Support
  • Train production and warehouse staff on GMP practices, hygiene, and QA procedures.Support cross-functional teams in maintaining quality throughout the value chain.
Assist QC and Production Manager
  • Ensure the products are produced according to the schedule.
  • Record the final production output, quality of material/packaging damaged, and material rejected at the end of the production.
  • Record any reworked products and semi-finished products inventory at the end of the production run.
  • Keep the record for any re-­work done, such as the reasons, the action is taken, the quantity, and the recommendation.
  • Keep the record of batch manufacturing code according to the material number, the batch size, the manufacturing date, the expiry date, and the pack size.
  • Record down the temperature and humidity of raw material store as well as in production area.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biotech, or related.
  • 1–3 years of experience in QA within a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
