Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre and post sales services to ensure customer satisfactions.
  • Maintain good working relationship with customers by providing solutions and advice based on clients’ needs and requirement.
  • Prepare proposal, solution demo and follow up with customers.
  • Review of project specifications, schematic drawing and product selection for proposal.
  • Explore & develop new business opportunities.
  • Support software technical support for Automation/ Smart Manufacturing and Smart Cities.
  • Support technical issue for DFSI & customers based in Malaysia.
  • Project Management, dealing with internal operation for delivery date, partner negotiation, sales co-visit and ensure that sales commitment on technical point able to do.
  • Provide software technical support including WISE-PaaS to ASEAN region.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least five years’ experience in technical support and after sales services.
  • Understand well about industrial protocol, system integration and basic wiring knowledge.
  • Knowledge in SCADA system and Industrial Protocol would be an added advantage.
  • Passionate, meticulous and tech savvy.
  • Enthusiastic in learning new technology and strong commitment to customer service.
  • Strong creativity & clear understanding of the system’s architecture to generate solutions to cater to customer’s need.
  • Analytical, self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required language(s): English in both speaking and writing. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added value.
