Job summary

A leading airport management company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee operations projects in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in construction management, with a strong ability to lead diverse teams and manage project functions. Responsibilities include ensuring project goals are met, managing budgets, and maintaining communications with stakeholders. This role is open to Malaysian citizens only and requires applications by February 11, 2026.

Qualifications

Overview
  • Manage and control all project operations with project team, stakeholders, consultant, contractors and other related parties
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers’ procurement, owner’s team, and external construction management consultants
  • Ensure engineering employees and contractors carry out all work functions as per agreed work methods
  • Manage all project functions related to project management, site management, project control, engineering management, procurement, construction management to meet the project(s) goals
  • Lead and manage and oversee engineering budget, project schedules and project control budgets
  • Responsible for producing all engineering management reports and providing on-going status of the project
  • Maintain effective and on-going communications with construction and contractor management teams
  • Plan, develop and launch stakeholder management & ORAT Strategies covering all aspect of PR responsibilities in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between PIA and its audiences / stakeholders
  • To ensure the APM design, operational process, testing & commissioning program is updated and implemented accordingly.
  • To lead the MAHB ORAT Team and work together with the various technical team including the OEM's design team.

Qualifications

Degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience.

Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Quantity Surveyor/Building/Construction Management with experience in project management preferably in construction industries or airport management
