• Be the Face of Smileworld: You will be the first and most memorable point of contact for our aesthetic clients, building instant rapport and making them feel welcome.
• Provide a 5-Star Experience: You will guide clients through their journey, ensuring every single touchpoint—from their first WhatsApp message to their final appointment— is seamless, warm, and exceptional.
• Drive Clinic Growth (Sales): You will be the primary link between a potential client and the clinic. Your main goal is to engage new leads (via phone, WhatsApp, and social media) and secure their booking for a consultation.
• Learn from the Best: You will undergo intensive, fully-paid training with our senior team and dentists. You will learn about our aesthetic treatments (aligners, veneers, smile makeovers) until you are a confident expert.
• Become a Sales Professional: Once trained, you will assist in (and eventually lead) client consultations, presenting the value of our treatment plans and helping clients commit to their new smile.

• A "People" Person (Your PR Skills): You are magnetic, warm, and build friendships instantly. You are an exceptional communicator, and people trust you.
• A Natural Sales Drive: You are persuasive, confident, and motivated by achieving targets. You get a thrill from closing a deal or convincing someone to take a positive step.

• An Eager & Fast Learner: You have no dental experience, but you are excited and hungry to learn a new, high-value skill. You are not afraid of hard work.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a major advantage for this role.
