Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking aKey Client Influencer & Content Leadto lead influencer and content strategy, client relationship management, and campaign delivery for amajor FMCG brandacross Malaysia and Singapore.
This senior hybrid role combinesstrategic creativity,commercial leadership, andteam management. You will be theprimary point of contactfor the client, responsible fordriving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, leading strategic planning, and overseeing flawless execution.
You will manage a dedicated delivery team and collaborate closely with theMarket Managing Director,Campaign Management Lead,Strategy Lead,Creative Strategist,Media Planning & Buying Team,Paid Social Team, andPartnerships Team.

Must Have
10–13 years’ experience in advertising, PR, social media, or influencer marketing
FMCG category experience
Proven track record in client leadership & revenue growth
Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem
Experience with WPP tools & platforms
Excellent analytical & data-to-insight skills
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
Leadership experience managing teams
Experience in integrated media/content campaigns
