Lead the development of a robust suppliers' base for Indirect Materials by working closely with business stakeholders (Operation/Facility/Engineering/NPI etc.).

Execute souring and procurement activities for indirect materials. Launch tender to secure best price and services when necessary.

Work with business stakeholders for the development and deployment of appropriate suppliers' performance targets and KPIs.

Accountable for cost savings and value creation in line with annual targets.

Operationally responsible for managing the PR and PO process and approvals for Indirect Materials which are in lines with company policies and requirements.

Perform periodic benchmarking of existing suppliers vs potential suppliers / industry trends to ensure competitiveness for the best interest of the business.

Handle Suppliers Registration in Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

5 years of related working experience in Indirect Material Purchase for manufacturing industry.

Must be capable of articulating indirect material purchase strategies and future direction.

Excellent in communication and managing stakeholders' expectations.

Experience in tender, contract and supplier management are mandatory.

Strong negotiation skill and result orientated.
