Job summary

An award-winning HRMS provider in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Rymnet HRMS implementations. This role requires strong SQL proficiency, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of 3 years experience in application development. The candidate will ensure project delivery meets timelines and quality while coordinating with various stakeholders. This is an onsite permanent position, and only Malaysian citizens, PR, or RP holders are eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in full-cycle web application development and/or implementation delivery.
• Solid grasp of project implementation methodology and structured delivery practices.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Consultants through end-to-end client implementation delivery.
• Conduct requirement studies, analysis, and documentation within agreed timelines.
• Plan and run UAT sessions; validate results and secure formal client sign-off.
• Ensure delivery aligns to approved scope of work and planned schedule.
• Coordinate with Technology Development on client customizations.
