We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager who can bring our story to life. You’ll need strong English communication skills, solid relationships with the media, and hands‑on experience managing corporate reputation. In this role, you will help shape our communications strategy, strengthen our corporate voice, and build meaningful, long‑term connections with key media partners.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate & External Communications
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company’s visibility and reputation
  • Draft, review, and refine high-quality press releases, media statements, speeches, corporate messages, and other communication materials
  • Manage press events, interviews, and briefings to ensure consistent and impactful communication
Media Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners across Malaysia with regional opportunities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all press and media inquiries
  • Proactively identify opportunities for positive media coverage and manage the company’s media presence
Crisis Communications & Issues Management
  • Lead crisis communication efforts, including drafting holding statements, coordinating responses, and managing real‑time media interactions
  • Provide counsel to senior leadership on potential reputational risks and mitigation strategies
Content Development
  • Prepare press kits, Q&A documents, talking points, briefing materials, and other media‑related communications
  • Support the development of digital and social content aligned with corporate messaging
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, but equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Strong command ofിത്ര English, with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate communications or PR, with direct media relations exposure
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis management and reputation handling
  • Good understanding of financial and business concepts to interpret and communicate corporate performance and strategic updates
  • Experience managing communications in Malaysia; regional experience is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
