Responsibilites and Duties
  • Responsible to check and receive Theme Park items, Warehouse stock item including DML, Non-DML, Direct Issue and Upon request items
  • Support warehouse operations by receiving incoming material, counting and inventory items, as well as receiving and checking the contents of packages against packing lists and manifests.
  • To perform check weight of goods on scale, counting units, measures lengths, thickness etc. with the required tools provided
  • To perform physical check on the product label, specification, quality and quantity received against the Purchase Order
  • To check on temperature and cleanliness of the truck, seafood, chicken and meat according to the guideline given.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate receipt inventory by physically or electronically into the computer system and record all invoice/DO into logbook. Goods without PO or PR (LOA) are to record and submit to GCP.
  • To check on expire date, manufacturing label, Halal status and ensure DML food are following HACCP standards
  • To raise Goods Returned Note accurately for supplier to sign on sample, rejected or repair goods and perform reversal in system if required
  • To coordinate with warehouse and end user on goods received or returned goods
  • To ensure goods received are properly arranged at the designated staging area and to inform end user to collect it within the time frame.
  • To stick liquor and wine sticker on the bottle.
  • To operate the forklift and power pallet truck during unloading of goods
  • To carry out cleaning on all equipment after use including sanitised
  • To check and discharge Diesel at all location in the Resort (off site Central Receiving)
  • To carry out any other assignment or task given by superior as when required
  • To comply and conform all Quality Management System requirement as set by Management.
Job requirement
  • Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Knowledge of PC application (Microsoft Office Software application /spreadsheet) is an advantage.
