Responsibilities
1. Host Management
- Oversee 8 live hosts (attendance, performance, grooming, discipline).
- Provide coaching & training.
- Schedule shifts & room assignments.
2. Live Session Oversight
- Ensure rooms are ready.
- Support hosts before/during live sessions.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Maintain high production quality.
3. Facility Operation
- Maintain cleanliness & readiness of all rooms.
- Manage equipment checks & replacement.
- Coordinate with purchasing/IT for repairs.
4. Product & Inventory Coordination
- Ensure product lists & stock are prepared for live sessions.
- Move products in/out of rooms.
- Track damaged/returned items.
5. Reporting & KPI Monitoring
- Track hosts’ performance metrics.
- Prepare daily/weekly operations reports.
- Report operational issues to Manager.
6. SOP Enforcement
- Ensure all hosts follow SOPs.
- Improve workflows.
- Handle small disciplinary issues.
