Job description

What you’ll be doing:

Transport company executives, staff, and guests based on assigned schedules.

Follow superior instructions and adjust to changes in schedules as needed.

Support company entertainment events, meetings, and activities, which may require overtime to late working hours.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and basic upkeep of company vehicles.

Ensure all trips are completed safely and on time.

Practice defensive driving and comply with all road and transport rules and regulations.

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs.

Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to superior and human resource, and take photos.

What we’re looking for:

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

3-5 years of experience working as a personal driver with proven experience as a company or executive driver preferred.

Willing to work long hours overtime.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours when required.

Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.

Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and discretion.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

Preferably resides near the Subang Jaya area.
