Responsibility
Platform & Store Management
  • Oversee the performance and daily operation of e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate platform campaigns and ensure timely execution of mega sale events.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
  • Analyze sales performance, user behavior, and traffic sources.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates, ROI, and customer retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness
Campaign & Promotion Execution
  • Support the planning and rollout of monthly campaign calendars, promotions, and product launches.
  • Liaise with marketing team & designer to produce engaging visuals, descriptions, and campaigns that highlight our products.
  • Track campaign results and assist in post-campaign analysis
Sales Growth & Optimisation
  • Track store performance, sales data, product performance, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements based on platform analytics.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (conversion, traffic, ROAS, GMV, AOV) and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and upsell opportunities.
Inventory & Fulfilment Coordination
  • Work with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and smooth order processing.
  • Monitor fast- and slow-moving SKUs and assist in replenishment planning.
  • Flag out-of-stock and overstock risks to relevant teams.
Customer & Platform Coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving e-commerce-related issues promptly.
  • Enhance overall customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through excellent service and support.
  • Communicate with platform reps (e.g. Shopee PIC, Lazada AM) on campaign opportunities and platform updates.
