Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or online marketplace operations.
Familiarity with major Malaysian e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
Familiar with basic campaign analytics, pricing strategy, and customer journey optimisation.
Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive.

Responsibility
Platform & Store Management
- Oversee the performance and daily operation of e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate platform campaigns and ensure timely execution of mega sale events.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Analyze sales performance, user behavior, and traffic sources.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates, ROI, and customer retention.
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness
Campaign & Promotion Execution
- Support the planning and rollout of monthly campaign calendars, promotions, and product launches.
- Liaise with marketing team & designer to produce engaging visuals, descriptions, and campaigns that highlight our products.
- Track campaign results and assist in post-campaign analysis
Sales Growth & Optimisation
- Track store performance, sales data, product performance, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements based on platform analytics.
- Monitor key performance metrics (conversion, traffic, ROAS, GMV, AOV) and suggest actionable improvements.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and upsell opportunities.
Inventory & Fulfilment Coordination
- Work with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and smooth order processing.
- Monitor fast- and slow-moving SKUs and assist in replenishment planning.
- Flag out-of-stock and overstock risks to relevant teams.
Customer & Platform Coordination
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving e-commerce-related issues promptly.
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through excellent service and support.
- Communicate with platform reps (e.g. Shopee PIC, Lazada AM) on campaign opportunities and platform updates.
