Responsibilities

1. Host Management

• Oversee 8 live hosts (attendance, performance, grooming, discipline).
• Provide coaching & training.
• Schedule shifts & room assignments.

2. Live Session Oversight

• Ensure rooms are ready.
• Support hosts before/during live sessions.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Maintain high production quality.

3. Facility Operation

• Maintain cleanliness & readiness of all rooms.
• Manage equipment checks & replacement.
• Coordinate with purchasing/IT for repairs.

4. Product & Inventory Coordination

• Ensure product lists & stock are prepared for live sessions.
• Move products in/out of rooms.
• Track damaged/returned items.

5. Reporting & KPI Monitoring

• Track hosts’ performance metrics.
• Prepare daily/weekly operations reports.
• Report operational issues to Manager.

6. SOP Enforcement

• Ensure all hosts follow SOPs.
• Improve workflows.
• Handle small disciplinary issues.
