Job summary

A leading technology company in Bayan Lepas is seeking a qualified engineering professional to oversee equipment setup and process management during engineering activities. Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Familiar with equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Experience in Single Reflow/ Die Attach / Die Preparation Process / NPI Process Engineering is valuable.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Hand on setup the equipment and process during engineering activities such as engineering evaluations.
• Evaluation report compilation and initial data analysis.
• Support Yield & Quality KPI improvement through Lean Six Sigma approach.
• Monitoring on hold lot disposition and provide communication with engineer in order to not impact daily assembly output.
• Maintain all housekeeping / 5s engineering station and tooling’s, to ensure compliance to safety rules.
• Monitor all processes, resolve all products issues and coordinate with production and equipment to reduce downtime and getting better product quality.
• Minor equipment programming and setup for manufacturing to ensure product specifications are met.
• Attends product quality issue and assist MS support lot disposition. Carry out product quality issues investigation and prelim report findings.
• Able to perform incident root cause troubleshooting, analysis.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment/machine.
• Experience in Single Reflow/ Die Attach / Die Preparation Process / NPI Process Engineering will be an added value.
• Have equipment or process programming knowledge background.
• Basic communication skills and good learning and feedback ability.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor.
