We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our growing team. This full-time role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the Wintel server on-premise.
• Oversee upgrade/migration of all existing systems as needed.
• Ensure secure, reliable and stable operation of the systems & domain controller.
• Maintain accurate system change management, reflecting current and historical system parameters and configuration settings, including system/security patches and fixes.
• Provide statistics on system performance & system health check report.
• Oversee backup and recovery strategy for all Windows-based systems.
• Oversee and manage proper storage allocation and overall storage management.
• Work closely with application, network, telephony, desktop team for daily maintenance and support.
• Notify head of IT on potential problems associated with the system health.
• Document system/infrastructure procedures.
• Ensure security procedures and audit requirements are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain Desktop PC & Notebook.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Wintel-based System Administration.
• Added advantage for candidates with working experience on Linux.
• Knowledge in system administration including capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Competency in Windows technical skills.
• Exposure to server virtualization technology, IT security.
• Preferred experience in managing IT at call‑centre environment.
