Job summary

A leading shopping mall in Malaysia, located in Selangor, is seeking an Officer for Customer Service. The successful candidate will handle daily transactions related to the ONECARD Loyalty program and support shopper traffic flow. Responsibilities include managing feedback, coordinating with management on building issues, and ensuring good customer service during operational hours. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required. This role may require working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Handle daily ONECARD Loyalty program transactions and enhance ONECARD E-Wallet processes.
  • Monitor shopper traffic flow and support ONECARD marketing plans.
  • Evaluate feedback, complaints, and comments from shoppers.
  • Assist management team with building management issues.
  • Manage complaints from tenants and shoppers.
  • Ensure mall duties during operation hours are handled.
  • Maintain counter cleanliness.
  • Support Customer Service team during events.

OFFICER, CUSTOMER SERVICE (FOR SHOPPING MALL)

Job Description:

  • Handle daily ONECARD Loyalty program transactions and enhance ONECARD E-Wallet processes.
  • Monitor shopper traffic flow and support ONECARD marketing plans within Customer Service Department.
  • Evaluate feedback, complaints, and comments from shoppers for monthly management review.
  • Review overall daily complaints from Tenants, Shoppers, and Visitors.
  • Assist management team to monitor building management issues and report defects via Help Desk.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, or walk‑in tenant and shopper complaints, updating them appropriately.
  • Ensure mall duties (opening & closing) are properly handled during operation hours.
  • Maintain counter cleanliness including shopper lounge, CS workstations, and daily documentation.
  • Support Customer Service team during events or ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Print gift cards for members, tenants, or corporate.
  • Promote OC promotion and manage mall walk with shoppers during occasions.
  • Monitor terminal from OC for tenants during weekends and public holidays.
  • Manage mall ambassadors when events occur.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelors degree from a recognised university.
  • Relevant work experience of 1 to 2 years.
  • Prepared to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant disposition.
