A healthcare facility in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a coordinator to manage the end-to-end medical check-up process for customers. The role involves preparing patients for tests, collaborating with various departments, and delivering top-notch customer service. Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end medical check-up process for customers.
Prepare customers for relevant medical tests or investigations, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
Assist in or conduct screening assessments and tests as required.
Collaborate closely with Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, and Specialist Clinics to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in Sales & Marketing Department activities, including promotional events and service awareness campaigns.
Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure from the premises.
Prepare required equipment and assist or chaperone doctors during medical examinations and procedures.
Ensure accurate completion of relevant forms, including laboratory and charge forms, based on doctors' orders.
Observe and report any patient behavior, complaints, or symptoms to medical staff promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient records and sensitive information.
Support the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene within the clinic and ensure equipment is properly sanitized.
Assist staff nurses in conducting inventory checks and stock counts.
Perform administrative duties such as patient data entry, filing, and documentation.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a healthcare or health sciences-related field.
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Able to work 5.5 days per week, following clinic operating hours.
Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders).
Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
