Job description

Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database.

Gather, assemble and verify data that will be used for costing purpose.

Conduct detailed analysis of costs associated with production, operations, services, identify cost drivers and monitor cost trends to support cost control initiatives.

Implement measures to reduce cost, improve efficiency, enhance profitability, regularly review cost allocation methods and ensure accuracy in cost reporting.

Assist in the preparation of project budget, annual budgets, periodic forecasts and collaborate with department heads to develop realistic budget estimates.

Maintain and enhance costing systems to ensure accuracy, reliability of cost data, streamline cost accounting processes and implement best practices.

Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s in business/finance or any other relevant course.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and partnering skills.
  • Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.
  • Must have an analytical personality.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, databases, MS office and financial software applications.
  • A team player must be able to work with different levels and departments.
