Job Summary

To handle the day-to-day execution of finance and accounting operations, including maintaining full set of accounts, preparing financial reports, supporting corporate and statutory reporting requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records in compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • In charge of full set of accounts including data entries, invoicing and payments to customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly amalgamated Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for submission to Corporate Office for Bursa reporting.
  • Quarterly reporting to Corporate Office including:
  • Consolidation Package
  • Sustainability Report
  • Related Party Transactions
  • Enterprise Party Transactions
  • Enterprise Risk Management
  • Other ad-hoc reports as and when required.
  • Yearly budget preparation.
  • Liaise with tax agents, auditors and other regulatory bodies for reporting purposes.
  • Liaise with Part-Time Accountant on yearly tax computation and consolidation of accounts and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements (e.g. tax submission, SST, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
