Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting tasks including AP/AR, data entry, and bookkeeping.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc accounting duties.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- At least 1 year of related working experience (fresh graduates with the right skill are welcome)
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office or accounting software
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Handle basic accounting tasks including AP/AR, data entry, and bookkeeping
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or internal teams when required
- Support the finance team in ad‑hoc accounting duties
