Hi everyone! We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for our clients in the banking sector - apply now!

Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 (based on work experience)

Work location: Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur

Company background: Banking Industry

Operation Shift
  • Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days - Shift on a rotational basis)
  • 8AM–11PM | 9 hours per shift (inclusive 1-hour break)
  • Shift allowance: RM260/month
Requirements
  • SPM with credit in Math & English / STPM / Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Able to work rotational shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment
