A consulting firm in Johor, Malaysia is looking for an Account Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable. The successful candidate will prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records. A diploma in Accounting or Finance and 1-2 years of experience in the field are required. An Account Assistant's job scope includes managing daily accounting tasks like processing invoices, managing accounts payable / receivable and reconciling bank statements. Also maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports and provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing and handling correspondence with clients and vendors. Other duties can include assisting with payroll and budget preparation helping with audits and tax filing.
Working days (Office hour) Monday to Friday (09:00 am - 05:45pm)
