Associate, Business Support ( GEGM Auto Franchise and Pos Partnership)

Job Purpose
To assist Head / Manager of the Department by providing assistance in general administrative and monitoring duties of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of quotation, endorsement, payment & receipt, policy, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly sales meeting and reports.
  • Assist in reconciliation statement of account (SOA)
  • Collate Management Report and Premium Production for monthly/weekly Management & Department meeting.
  • Provide assistance in general administrative and monitoring duties for the department.
  • Assist in coordinating various insurance documentation for policy issuance.
  • Handle claim and payment matters.
  • Assist marketers on any matter related to the business.
  • Assist in sales challenge/ engagement activity program.
  • Provide marketing support in relation to admin duties.
  • Assist in calling and sending reminders to customers related to insurance renewal and others.
  • Provide marketing services when needed.
  • Perform any related adhoc duties assigned by superior/HOD.
  • Adhere to AMLA provisions and other relevant compliance matters pertaining to GEGM and the Great Eastern Group policies and be vigilant to uphold these in the discharge of my duties.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree Holder
