Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, driving projects from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning and execution.
- Define project scope and objectives while identifying stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project management tools for tracking.
Role PurposeThe PMO Manager ensures projects and programs are delivered effectively, aligning with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration, standardize project management practices, and ensure business value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and identify stakeholders.
- Build master schedules and maintain program-level oversight for multiple projects.
- Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, and communication systems.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress to ensure accountability.
- Conduct post-mortems, create knowledge documentation, and propose improvements.
- Evaluate ongoing projects and recommend continuation, redesign, or termination.
- Support organizational change management for successful adoption.
- Implement and manage project management tools/software for tracking and reporting.
