Responsibility
  • Service walk in customer – handle sales matters, customer enquiries and complaints
  • Provide transport shuttle, product delivery to customer
  • Issue temporary receipt and handover the daily sales collection to Admin Office.
  • Full collaboration with service team colleagues and related department to ensure smooth operation during the funeral procession and burial or installation ritual.
  • Assist customer pre, during and post praying ceremony
  • Liaise with respective department to settle all problems related to service and operation works.
