Qualifications

Reports To: Senior Sales Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.

Experience
  • 2 - 5 years of sales experience in construction industry or related industry.
  • Sales experience in formwork industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication (both verbal & written) and negotiation skills. Must be able to communicate to all level of management and its cross functional department.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and knowledge on AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and attention to details.
  • Result oriented, good decision-making, alert and anticipate needs with sense of urgency.
  • Flexible to take on ad hoc assignment as and when required.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality marketing services for scaffolding and shoring.
  • Continuously expand market share.
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts.
  • Identifying potential new customer and maintain good rapport with existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products and services to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales that are profitable by adhering to company group policy.
  • Ensure customer adhere to payment deadlines and approved credit terms.
  • Ensure rental assets are well monitored at projects site.
  • To work closely with Technical Department and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Participate in sales related meetings and workshops.
