Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and sort mail, deliveries and courier.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with Building Management for office maintenance.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
