Job summary
A healthcare provider in Klang is seeking an individual to manage the end-to-end account payables process. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly supplier payments, checking invoice accuracy, and ensuring document compliance. The role also requires liaising with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices and handling new credit terms applications. Responsibilities
- Handle end to end account payables process.
- Prepare monthly suppliers payment.
- Check correct invoice billing, date and approval.
- Request supplier statement at the beginning of the month.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all account payables records.
- Liaise with suppliers on outstanding invoice, missing invoice, discrepancies and payment status.
- Handle new supplier for credit terms application, including document submission and form completion.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
