Manage all client's incoming calls, walk-ins enquiry, appointment bookings & registration
Handling customer Service pre procedure & post procedure (as and when necessary)
Attend to client's complaint and reports to reporting line for immediate action
Coordinating with (OPD) Outpatient department, ward & billing
New patient tagging recording (daily basis)
Performs other appropriate tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities
