Job summary
A healthcare solutions company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle, develop HR policies, and coordinate training programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle.
