Job description
Graphic Designer cum Corporate Communications Executive

Coordinate various creative projects related to graphic design, including multimedia projects.

Design, edit, and integrate digital content, graphics, photography, illustrations, and other visualisation and imaging products, including simple animation and short clips.

Conceptualize and create marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, buntings, exhibition panels, newsletters, etc., ensuring alignment with brand design guidelines and specifications.

Maintain consistency in creative deliverables across all platforms.

Create presentation and communication templates for promotional, developmental, and administrative needs.

Manage digital signage and other promotional platforms hospital-wide.

Communicate efficiently with various stakeholders including staff, doctors, and vendors to meet their expectations.

To curate and write effective content for internal & external stakeholders. This includes (but not limited to) newsletters, articles, scripts, press releases.

To support the Corporate Communications team in media relations for various media (print, online, broadcast etc) to reach a wider and targeted audience with the primary focus in Malay/Chinese and key outstation segments.

To support the Corporate Communications team in relationship management with PR/Media agencies in content planning and publishing.

To assist the team and company in preparations of major events e.g. MoU signing ceremonies, new service/product launches, or tours.

To plan, draft and disseminate internal messages to all staff of Sunway Medical Centre via internal platforms eg emails, newsletters.

Assist in social media management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, multimedia or a related Field.

3 – 5 years of proven working experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in any industry

Good understanding of advanced multimedia technology including graphic design, advance publishing, digital graphic/ photo acquisition and production of 2D/3D animation and visualization

Required skills: Graphic design, photo editing, motion graphic, basic video editing, must have strong portfolio of graphic design, Advanced Level Experience in Adobe Suite (Illustration, Photoshop)Photography skills
