Responsibilities

• Handle end to end account payables process.
• Prepare monthly suppliers payment.
• Check correct invoice billing, date and approval.
• Request supplier statement at the beginning of the month.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all account payables records.
• Liaise with suppliers on outstanding invoice, missing invoice, discrepancies and payment status.
• Handle new supplier for credit terms application, including document submission and form completion.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
