Qualifications

• Pick, pack, record and deliver stocks as per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure details in Vendor’s Invoices/Delivery Orders match those stated in the Purchase Orders prior to generation of Goods Receipt Note
• Pick, pack, record and deliver stocks according to stock-up list, requisition and assigned schedule
• Take care to transit and store stocks in good condition
• Generate consumption report (both supply station and non-supply station sub-stores) for respective HODs to review adjustment for PAR / Minimum / Re-order levels
