• Able to speak in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
• Knowledge in AutoCAD & all Microsoft Office Software
• Experience in Engineering of Structure Steel and Piping
• Proactive, innovative, team player, analytical, with strong business acumen
• Understanding engineering, scientific, and other technical information
• Planning and prioritizing activities

Responsibilities:

• Participate and contribute in Kick Off Meeting arranged by Tender and Proposal Department (T&P) prior to project initiation in the factory.
• Participate and contribute in project internal discussions and specifications.
• Plan project work sequence, manpower loading, machinery, equipment, and consumables loading.
• Issue master project schedule.
• Issue Material Take Off.
• Review and comment on drawings issued by Design Engineer and Client.
• Review and comment on QAQC procedures issued and commented by the client.
• Review, propose relocation, and advise on project budget given by T&P.
• Control budget by monitoring planning as per actual.
• Raise PR via ERP referring to MTO and work sequence/activity.
• Perform daily work plan on fabrication.
• Perform quality work surveillance.
• Work closely with other departments for daily work, quality control, and assurance including process improvement.
• Cooperate with employer or any other staff in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the employer or that other staff by under OHSAS Act or any regulation.
• Wear or use at all times any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer for the purpose of preventing risks to safety and health.
• Comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by employer or any other staff by or under OHSAS Act or any regulation.
• Submit daily report to immediate superior.
• Fabrication daily work.
