• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to maximise the availability and performance of our production equipment.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing plant productivity.
• Analyse equipment performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance overall system reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.

What we're looking for
