Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of automated machinery and systems through maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Maintenance & Repair: Perform timely troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement and oversee scheduled maintenance to enhance machine longevity and reliability.
• Process Improvement: Identify and execute enhancements to optimize machine efficiency and productivity.
• Spare Parts Management: Maintain an organized inventory of critical spare parts to ensure quick replacements.
• Mechanical Tuning: Adjust and calibrate mechanical components for peak performance.
• Software Tuning: Optimize machine software settings, PLC programs, and automation controls.
• Maintenance Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance plans, maintenance activities, repairs and modifications records.
• Problem Analysis: Investigate equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Operator Training & Monitoring: Train machine operators on best practices and monitor their adherence to protocols.
• Machine Status Monitoring: Track machine parameters, performance metrics, and operational conditions to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experienced in industrial automation, machine maintenance, and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI systems, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance strategies and spare parts management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for training operators and collaborating with teams.
