About the job Head of Marketing & Operation

As the Head of Marketing and Operations, you will play a key leadership role in driving the strategic alignment between marketing initiatives and operational excellence. You will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and drive user growth, while also ensuring seamless operational efficiency across all aspects of the business. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively balance strategic vision with hands‑on operational management to achieve company objectives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic marketing and expansion plans for our brand, that includes Dating and Livestreaming.
  • Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of your marketing team.
  • Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance of insights on marketing performance to ensure cross functional alignment on the best possible data‑driven marketing strategy.
  • Utilize market research, data analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage‑to‑stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as industry, geo, and persona.
  • Planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the marketing department

2. Operational Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with brand's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of day‑to‑day operations, including product, customer support, user acquisition, platform scalability, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure daily operations are smooth and scalable.
  • Implement processes, systems, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Reports directly to CEO

3. Brand Development and Positioning:

  • Define and communicate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging, visual assets, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leadership and Talent Development:
  • Build and lead a high‑performing operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of operations and Team
  • Identify and develop talent within the company to ensure a pipeline of future leaders and key contributors.

4. Innovative and Unconventional Marketing Tactics:

  • Develop and implement innovative and unconventional marketing tactics, including strategies to gain a competitive edge in the online dating industry.
  • Leverage knowledge and experience in iGaming industry(if any) to explore unconventional avenues for user acquisition and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure ethical and legal practices in all marketing endeavors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations Management, or related field. MBA is a bonus.
  • At least 10 years in senior leadership roles, with a focus on Marketing and Operations management in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
