  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen our agency network, enhance brand presence, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new life agents & financial advisors, support existing intermediaries, and promote our insurance products effectively across multiple channels.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands‑on execution – ideal for someone passionate about driving measurable results in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, design sales and promotion to support agent recruitment and retention.
  • Plan and coordinate with branches to design marketing initiatives to attract new prospects.
  • Manage annual marketing calendar including campaigns, events and recognition programs.
  • Ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
  • Provide marketing tools, content and resources to help branches and agents increase productivity.
  • Organize/present marketing training or sharing session to enhance agent’s marketing skills.
  • Track and analyze campaign results, market trends and agent engagement performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5‑8 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance or life insurance industries.
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, event management and marketing.
  • Knowledge of insurance distribution channels and agency operation is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS office, Canva and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively, team player with leadership qualities and result oriental attitude.
