Job summary
A leading electronics company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Air Conditioning Specialist to boost project sales and market share. The role involves promoting technical Residential Air Conditioning products, conducting market analysis, and building brand image. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of sales experience in the Air Conditioning industry, alongside strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience in business development and project sales in Air Conditioning.
- Proven sales track records with a minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Grow project sales business focusing on technical Residential Air Conditioning products.
- Promote brand image to become the leading choice for consumers.
- Analyze market and competitive information based on permanent monitoring.
Skills
Education
To expand Residential Air-Cond (RAC) in Malaysia and increase market share
RAC new Air-cond Specialist (ACS) channel and scheme development
Responsible of growing project sales business focusing in promoting and marketing with technical Residential Air Conditioning products.
RAC range product and sales planning and controlling: development of product strategy, constant monitoring of sales volume, market share development and controlling of product expenses. Establish and initiate measures and actions of improvements to increase project registration
To promote the brand image of air conditioner to become leading choice of Malaysian consumer
Analyze market and competitive information: permanent market and competitive monitoring, product benchmarking, analysis of customer requirements and benefits and identification of trends
Knowledge of installation and maintenance of diverse heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Perform other duties as assigned
An advanced Diploma or degree in engineering or technology-related field is preferred
5 years sales experience in business development and project sales in Air Conditioning and know the Air Conditioner industry (AC Specialist) is highly preferred
Able to travel nationwide to support customers, dealers and ACS
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
Able to demonstrate proven sales track records with minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
