Job summary

A leading automotive battery company in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Associate who is result-oriented and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will engage with customers regularly to understand their needs and improve satisfaction, prepare daily reports, and handle marketing activities. Applicants should possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in relevant fields, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with knowledge in battery installation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge in car battery installation and recharging is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and ability to submit detailed sales reports.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Visit end customers regularly, understand end users needs, implement sales policies & promotion policies.
• Prepare daily work summary report, work plan, to superior regulary, accept boss guidance & advise.
• Understand channel management & operation, understand terminal situation.
• Investigate and understand the market and new product dynamics of competitor.
• Good listening & care about customer needs, feedback customer needs to the company, improve customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with the Marketing Planning Dept. of the company, organize the department to participate in the planning, organization and implementation of the marketing activities, brand promotion and public relations activities of the customers served by company.
• Handle other tasks temporarily assigned by GM
