As a Commercial Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you review financials, attend team meetings, manage budgets and contracts, and prepare reports. Your role ensures project success through financial oversight and effective communication.

How You’ll Make An Impact
Financial Execution of Construction Projects:
  • Create sales orders and set up projects in SAP.
  • Manage revenue recognition and invoicing within payment terms.
  • Maintain and control project costs.
  • Ensure payment security and manage taxes and insurance requirements.
  • Travel to project sites within the AP Region as needed.
Financial Project Controlling:
  • Budgeting, Forecast and report the financial status for a portfolio of dedicated projects.
  • Analyse and explain project performance and any cost deviations.
  • Analyse and explain deviation for all main KPIs.
Reporting and Presentation:
  • Report and present various business KPIs as required.
Compliance and Accuracy:
  • Ensure the accuracy of project books and records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, including SAP, Siemens-FRG, and local GAAP requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Address or resolve any commercial issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
What You Bring
  • University Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ international business/ or related financial areas.
  • Experience of project accounting / project controlling required.
  • SAP experience & experience within a Finance and Commercial Function are preferred.
  • Awareness of Commercial and Contractual issues.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and proactive approach in search of solutions.
