1. Customer Interaction & Sales Engagement
  • Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
  • Present financing, leasing, and insurance options.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
2. Product Knowledge & Consultation
  • Stay updated on new car models, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Provide professional advice on vehicle selection based on customer needs.
  • Explain after‑sales services, warranties, and maintenance plans.
3. Sales Process Management
  • Generate leads through online inquiries, showroom walk‑ins, and cold calls.Follow up with potential buyers via calls, emails, and appointments.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Process sales paperwork, loan applications, and registration documents.
4. Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide post‑sales support, including delivery coordination and feedback collection.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.
5. Sales Targets & Performance
  • Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost performance.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and test drive campaigns.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote vehicles and offers.
  • Coordinate with service teams for after‑sales support.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
