Manager Production jobs in Malaysia

Supervise Wood Room operations — from the input of raw master panels to the processing and transfer of chips for further utilization.

Plan, administer, and monitor Wood Room activities to maximize throughput, optimize resources, control costs, and maintain quality standards.

Ensure all operations comply with statutory regulations, company procedures, and machinery manufacturers’ standards.

Oversee manpower and supervision during all production shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports, including daily production summaries, monthly performance reports, and incident investigations.

Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and goal-setting activities.

Monitor and review performance against production plans and budget targets.

Identify and coordinate training and development programs to enhance the competency and performance of Wood Room personnel.

Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold high standards of housekeeping and safety.

Foster close collaboration with other departments to achieve company objectives.

Promote a positive work culture that embraces continuous improvement, best practices, and high-performance teamwork.

Support company initiatives related to business improvement, employee welfare, and community relations.

Requirement:-

Required skill(s): SAP, MS Office, Process Improvement, Project Management.

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in the wood-based or MDF industry.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of production processes, machinery operations, and quality control systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1 full time position available in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
