Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing capability / capacity to meet demands.
• Review manufacturing capacity in line with existing equipment, headcount and other constraints versus demand
• Monitor resources e.g. machine availability, mould requirement, material requirement, etc on a weekly basis
• Prepare and update monthly and yearly goals and objectives for each different section of production in line with the company's goals and objectives.
