Plan, oversee, and execute daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.

Effectively manage and supervise production teams, providing necessary training on safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate and monitor the inspection, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Propose and implement innovative improvements to enhance production efficiency and processes.

Prepare and submit accurate production reports as required by management.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills to drive company goals and objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical) or a related field.

Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
