Job summary
A logistics and supply chain company in Johor, Kulai seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and improve warehouse functions. The ideal candidate has a diploma in logistics and 5-7 years of experience managing warehouse operations. Responsibilities include leading the team, optimizing the Warehouse Management System, ensuring accurate documentation, and monitoring inventory levels. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for enabling a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- At least Diploma / Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and digital inventory tools.

- Lead and oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations.
- Implement and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs to enhance productivity.

- Lead and oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound distribution.
- Implement and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and digital tools to improve accuracy, traceability, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound transactions.
- Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs to enhance productivity, safety, and service quality.
- Plan and execute regular stock take, cycle counts, and root‑cause analysis on inventory discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow for better efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and work with the Procurement/Planning team to prevent stockouts or excessive stock.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Logistics, and Procurement to support daily operations and achieve company targets.
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment, forklifts, and material‑handling tools.
- Prepare timely operational reports for management and support audits when required.
- Perform other job‑related tasks assigned by the management.

- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, barcode scanning, and digital inventory tools.
