Job description

We are seeking an experienced Manager Finance (Group Accounts) to join our finance team at Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a key role in the financial accounting and reporting for the group. The Finance Manager (Group Accounts ) will lead the Group’s consolidation process, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage system implementation and improvements. The role works closely with inter-companies, consultants and auditors, reviews key reports, assists in management reporting, budgeting and audit exercise.

YOUR ROLE

• Manage monthly consolidation process
• Ensure the accuracy and timelines of the consolidation and reporting
• Liaise with inter-companies, auditors & consultants
• Manage consol system development and implementation
• Manage and coordinate annual budget exercise for the group
• Ensure financial statements comply with relevant MFRS standards and Companies Act
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the quarterly reports including related party transactions
• Prepare Board paper financial analysis commentaries and management meeting slides
• Handle ad-hoc task as and when required

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting (CGPA 3.0 and above)
• Experience in consolidation
• Experience in setting up consol system
• MIA Member (preferred)
• ACCA, Audit Background, SAP & Sigma Conso (added advantage)
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
