Job summary
A leading provider of reliability solutions in Southeast Asia is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage and expand customer portfolios, maintain strong relationships, and identify market opportunities. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science, at least 3 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and be self-motivated. The role requires willingness to travel and possess a valid driving license.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Possess a valid driving license and own a car.
- Willing to travel overseas for occasional work-related trips.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and develop market opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams.

Education

Take ownership of achieving both individual and team sales targets.
Collaborating with the Sales Manager and internal teams to drive successful sales strategies and achieve sales objectives.
Work closely with the Service Department and vendors to address customer needs and be involved in project planning.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience. Applicants with stronger credentials may be considered for a senior role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Possess a valid driving licence and own a car.
Willing to travel overseas for occasional work-related trips or training on short notice.
