Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Executive to work remotely from Malaysia. The role involves proactively developing new clients, managing the full sales process, and supporting recruitment projects. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and be fluent in both Chinese and English. With at least a year of client development experience, successful applicants will exhibit strong negotiation and communication skills. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to operate under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in client development.
- Highly self-motivated with strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new clients through various channels.
- Collect and analyze potential client information.
- Support consultants with headhunting projects.
- Gather market insights to improve sales strategies.
Skills
Education
- 1、Proactively develop new clients through emails, social media, phone calls, and other channels, managing the full process from lead generation to deal closure.
- 2、Collect, organize, and analyze potential client information across various industries through multiple sources.
- 3、Support consultants in the execution and ongoing maintenance of headhunting/recruitment projects.
- 4、Gather market and competitor insights, and propose practical, actionable improvements to sales strategies.
- 1、Bachelor’s degree or above; majors related to marketing are preferred.
- 2、Full working rights for Malaysia.; fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, able to communicate seamlessly with domestic and international teams.
- 3、At least 1 year of experience in proactive client development; candidates with a human resources background are preferred.
- 4、Highly self-motivated, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
